Five questions to ask any vendor
- Can it read unstructured work, not just structured records?
- Is every action traceable to a source?
- Does it run inside your infrastructure?
- Are permissions inherited from your existing systems?
- Is customer data kept out of shared model training?
If the answer to any of these is unclear, the automation will be hard to govern — and governance is what determines whether it survives contact with your auditors.
